Free ground shipping (3–5 business days) within the contiguous U.S. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air, and orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other countries, ship at UPS rates shown at checkout. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days; custom builds add 2 business days.
30-day returns. Return a shaft within 30 days if it is brand new, uncut and never installed: 100% back as store credit, or 85% back to your original payment (15% restocking fee). Discounts and shipping are not refundable. Clothing can be returned or exchanged within 30 days if unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
Fit exchange. Not the right fit? Exchange your shaft once within 30 days for a different flex of the same model.
Warranty. A 1-year warranty on all shafts, plus an exclusive extra year (2 years in total) on new shafts bought from autoFlex.us, our flagship store.
